These Terms govern the website design and related services provided by E Origins LLC ("E·Space," "we," "us") to you ("Client"). By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
We design and build custom websites and related digital services for local businesses, including business websites, landing pages, website maintenance, custom software, and AI integrations. The specific deliverable is the website (or service) agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Our standard website build is $550, one-time, payable on agreement via our payment processor (Stripe). Any additional or ongoing services are quoted separately and agreed in advance. There are no hidden or recurring charges unless you explicitly opt into a recurring plan.
We typically deliver a completed website within a few business days of receiving the information we need. Timelines may vary with project scope and Client responsiveness.
You confirm you have the right to any logos, photos, text, or materials you provide. On full payment, the completed website and its content are yours. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which E Origins LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
