We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your website build, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund 100% of what you paid — no hard feelings.
Email ethanh21212121@gmail.com with your business name and the email used at purchase. We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may not apply to custom work already substantially delivered and accepted, or to third-party costs paid on your behalf (such as a domain name purchased for you). We'll always be fair and discuss any such case with you directly.
